Move with Mukti – 21 Days Challenge

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Move with Mukti – 21 Days Challenge (“Challenge”) organized by Mukti Gautam and Team (“Organizer,” “we,” or “us”). By registering and participating in this Challenge, you (“Participant” or “you”) agree to comply with the following:

1. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18 years and above.

  • By participating, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of following the Challenge.

  • If you have any medical condition, dietary restrictions, or are under medication, you must consult a doctor before joining.

2. Nature of the Challenge

  • The Challenge is designed to promote healthier lifestyle habits.

  • It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Results may vary from person to person. The Organizer does not guarantee any specific health or fitness outcome.

3. Communication & Participation

  • Official communication will be through WhatsApp broadcasts/messages or other specified channels.

  • Participants must ensure their correct contact details are shared and that they remain reachable throughout the Challenge.

  • Any updates or instructions shared by the Organizer must be followed in good faith.

4. Rewards & Prizes

  • Certain prizes or recognitions may be offered at the end of the Challenge.

  • Selection of winners will be based on criteria decided by the Organizer.

  • The Organizer’s decision regarding winners will be final and binding. No disputes or appeals will be entertained.

  • Prizes, if offered, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

  • The Organizer shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or damages arising during or after the Challenge.

  • By joining, you release the Organizer from any claims related to your participation.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content (videos, guides, communications, materials) shared in the Challenge is the property of the Organizer.

  • Participants may not reproduce, share, or distribute Challenge content without prior written consent.

7. Privacy & Data Use

  • Participant information (name, number, updates, photos/videos if submitted) may be collected for record-keeping, progress tracking, and promotional purposes.

  • By participating, you grant permission to the Organizer to use your photos, testimonials, and feedback for marketing, both online and offline.

8. Termination of Participation

  • The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant for misconduct, false claims, abusive behavior, or violation of these Terms, without notice.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, India].
